Share medical records
on your terms, not theirs.
Give your doctor scoped, time-bound access to medications and documents — and revoke it with one tap. No fax cover sheet, no email attachment, no surrendered control.
Free for families · No card required
What you control
Access that respects boundaries
A clinician doesn’t need permanent access to your family’s health records to do a 20-minute visit.
Scoped access
Choose exactly which patient and which sections (medications, appointments, documents) a clinician can see.
Time-bound
Access can expire automatically after a visit window. No lingering credentials after a referral wraps up.
One-tap revoke
When the visit is over or the doctor leaves the practice, kill access in seconds — no IT ticket.
Audit trail
See every record the doctor viewed, with timestamps. You always know what was shared.
Doctor invitations
Invite by email. The doctor gets a clean portal — no patient login, no shared password.
Multiple specialists
A PCP, a cardiologist, an oncologist, a PT. Each can have their own scoped access without seeing each other.
How it works
Three steps from invite to revoke
- 1
Open Doctors
In Hubbi, go to the Doctors section and tap "Invite Doctor".
- 2
Set scope and duration
Pick the patient, which sections to share, and how long access lasts.
- 3
Send the invite
The doctor gets a portal link. You can revoke access — or extend it — at any time.
Common questions
Sharing records, answered
- How do I share my parent’s medication list with their doctor?
- Invite the doctor through Hubbi’s Doctors section. They get a portal view of the medications, appointments, and any documents you choose to share. No printing, no fax, no email attachment.
- Can I limit which records the doctor sees?
- Yes. You scope access per patient and per section. A specialist might only see medications and labs; a PCP might see everything. You decide.
- Does the doctor need an account or login?
- The doctor gets a portal link. They don’t share your family’s login — they have their own clinician access, which you control.
- How do I revoke a doctor’s access?
- One tap. From the Doctors section, end access. The doctor can no longer view records. Useful when the doctor leaves a practice or after a one-time referral.
- Can the doctor see who else is in the family?
- No. Doctors see the patient records you scope to them — not your family members, billing, or settings.
- Is this HIPAA-compliant?
- Hubbi treats health data with the encryption, access-control, and audit practices expected of a healthcare app: TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, row-level security, and a per-record audit log. For practices that need a BAA, contact legal@hubbihealth.com.
