What’s inside
The boring coordination, handled
Care is hard enough. Logistics shouldn’t fall on the closest sibling alone.
Family roles
Admins, caregivers, and viewers. Each member sees only what they need, and only what they’re allowed to.
Shared appointment calendar
Doctor visits, PT, blood work. Whoever takes mom that day sees the same notes everyone else does.
Medication log
Every dose taken or missed is visible across the family in real time. No more "did anyone give the 8pm pills?" texts.
Doctor access on a leash
Grant a specific clinician scoped, time-bound access. Revoke with one tap when the visit is over.
Documents in one place
Insurance cards, lab results, discharge summaries — encrypted and searchable instead of buried in a thread.
Real-time updates
When something changes, every sibling sees it at the same time. No catch-up phone calls.
How it works
From group chat chaos to a shared workspace
- 1
Start the family
Add your parent (or whoever you’re caring for) as a patient and invite siblings, your spouse, or a paid aide.
- 2
Choose roles
Admins manage everything. Caregivers log doses and edit appointments. Viewers can see but not change.
- 3
Coordinate without the group chat
Medications, appointments, doctor notes, and documents flow into one quiet, shared workspace.
Common questions
Family caregiving, answered
- What is Hubbi Health?
- Hubbi Health is a family caregiving app that helps siblings, spouses, and aides coordinate the work of caring for an aging parent or family member. Medications, appointments, documents, and doctor access all live in one shared workspace.
- Can siblings in different cities use it together?
- Yes — that is the most common setup. One sibling lives nearby and does the in-person care; the others stay informed and help coordinate remotely. Everyone sees the same data in real time.
- Can I invite a paid caregiver or home aide?
- Yes. Invite them as a caregiver, and you can revoke access the moment their employment ends. They’ll be able to log medication doses and see appointments without seeing your family’s billing or settings.
- What roles are available?
- Admin (full control of the family), Caregiver (can log medications, manage appointments, edit patient info), and Viewer (read-only). You choose when you invite.
- Does it replace the family group chat?
- It replaces the parts of the group chat that should not be in a group chat — medication times, missed doses, appointment changes, doctor instructions. The chit-chat stays in the chat.
- Is there a charge for adding more family members?
- No. Adding siblings, your spouse, or an aide is free. Hubbi is free for families to use.
